    How Do I Use the Incense Burner?

    Using the incense burner is simple. Place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts. Insert a backflow incense cone into the holder at the top of the sculpture and carefully light the tip. Allow the flame to burn for a few seconds before gently blowing it out.

    As the incense begins to burn, the smoke will slowly cascade through the sculpture, creating a mesmerizing visual effect while filling your space with your favorite fragrance. It's perfect for meditation, relaxation, reading, yoga, or simply creating a peaceful atmosphere in your home.

    Every Malik Burner piece is handmade to order. Because each burner is individually crafted, sculpted, finished, and inspected by hand, production typically takes 1-4 business days from the date your order is placed.

    Once your burner is complete, it will be shipped via UPS or FedEx with full tracking information provided. Delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

    I stand behind every burner I create. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll make it right through a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

    Damaged in transit?

    If your burner arrives damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of both the item and the packaging and email them to me within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll handle the shipping claim and send a replacement at no cost to you.

    Because every Malik Burner piece is handmade to order, returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind may not be eligible for a refund. However, customer satisfaction is my priority, and I’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.

    Growing up, I’ve always admired Black creators who built something from nothing. That’s a big part of what inspired Malik Burner. Every piece is handmade, shaped, sanded, and finished by hand. There are no shortcuts and no factories behind this—just time, patience, and a vision. Seeing people support something I created means more than you know. This is only the beginning.
